پیشبینی کوتاه مدت؛ شیوع در جهان

بر اساس مدلسازی های انجام شده، هفته آینده در جهان، احتمالا ۵۶۰ هزار مورد جدید ابتلای قطعی به کووید ۱۹ شناسایی خواهد شد که از این تعداد، احتمالا وضعیت ۴۰ هزار نفر وخیم شده یا فوت خواهند شد. همانطور که مشخص است سرعت پیشرفت همه گیری ثابت است و ممکن است بزودی افت کند.

پیشبینی کوتاه مدت؛ شیوع در ایران

بر اساس مدلسازی های انجام شده، طبق سناریوی بیشتر محتمل، هفته آینده در ایران، احتمالا ۷۶۰۰ مورد جدید ابتلای قطعی به کووید ۱۹ شناسایی خواهد شد که از این تعداد، احتمالا وضعیت ۴۶۰ نفر دیگر وخیم شده یا فوت خواهند شد.

مدلسازی های انجام شده به وسیله یادگیری ژرف، احتمال وقوع دو سناریو را از سایر سناریو ها بیشتر می داند.

سناریوی نارنجی رنگ به معنای موج دوم و سناریوی طوسی (سناریوی بیشتر محتمل) به معنای ادامه یافتن شرایط فعلی است. البته امکان وقوع سایر سناریو های تکنیک رگرسیون سری زمانی نیز وجود دارد.

پیشبینی دراز مدت؛ سناریوی بیشتر محتمل

پیشبینی های دراز مدت با استفاده از تکنیک شبکه عصبی اتو-رگرسیو غیرخطی به همراه داده های خارجی صورت گرفته است. بر اساس این تکنیک، مشابهت روند شیوع کووید ۱۹ با سندرم حاد تنفسی (سارس)، به عنوان داده های خارجی در نظر گرفته شده است.

سناریوی ۱. بر اساس این سناریو، روند شناسایی مبتلایان جدید به صورت نزولی ادامه خواهد یافت، اما در اواخر اردیبهشت ماه، این روند صعودی خواهد شد و تعبیری از پیک دوم رخ خواهد داد. این پیک شدت کمتری خواهد داشت. در صورت اتفاق افتادن این سناریو، بیماری تا اوایل تیرماه به پایان خواهد رسید و تا آن زمان ۱۴۴ هزار مورد ابتلا و ۲۴ هزار و ۵۰۰ مورد مرگ در ایران رخ خواهد داد. سناریو های دیگر؛ چه رخ می دهد؟

سناریوی ۲. بر اساس این سناریو، روند شیوع بیماری رفته رفته کاهش پیدا خواهد کرد و تا زمانی که بیماری تمام شود (مقدار عدد سرایت پایه از یک واحد کمتر شود) پیک دیگری وجود نخواهد شد. به این ترتیب رفته رفته آمار کشته شده ها کاهش خواهد یافت و به آمار بهبود یافته ها افزوده خواهد شد. در صورت رخ دادن این سناریو تا اویل خرداد ماه بیماری پایان خواهد یافت و ۲۵ هزار مورد ابتلای دیگر در ایران شناسایی خواهد شد و در مجموع ۱۱ هزار و ۲۵۰ نفر در ایران جان خود را از دست می دهند
سناریوی ۳. بر اساس این سناریو، پیک های بیشتری پشت سر یکدیگر اتفاق خواهد افتاد که وقوع و شدت هر پیک بر اساس پیک قبلی تعیین می شود. در خصوص موارد ابتلا و مرگ اعدادی در دست نیست.

مدل های طراحی شده

مدل طراحی شده به کمک تکنیک شبکه عصبی اتو- رگرسیو غیرخطی برای روند شیوع و موارد ابتلای جدید در جهان. ۸۰ درصد داده ها برای یادگیری مدل به روش لاوندر- مارکوارد، ۱۰ درصد داده ها برای اعتبارسنجی و ۱۰ درصد دیگر برای آزمودن مدل استفاده شده است. نمودار خطا در قسمت پایین قابل مشاهده می باشد.

مدل طراحی شده به کمک تکنیک شبکه عصبی اتو- رگرسیو غیرخطی برای روند شیوع و موارد ابتلای جدید در جهان. ۸۸ درصد داده ها برای یادگیری مدل به روش بیز و ۱۲ درصد دیگر برای آزمودن مدل استفاده شده است. نمودار خطا در قسمت پایین قابل مشاهده می باشد.
